Future Spacecraft - Titan Explorer

The ability to use a balloon as a roving instrument platform allows sensor readings to be taken at various altitudes in a planet or moon's atmosphere. This technology could also permit observations of interesting land or ice formations and even touchdowns for close range investigations.
