Comet Hale-Bopp Home Page Tops 1.2 Million Hits/Day

The Comet Hale-Bopp home page received 1,243,749 hits yesterday, setting a new single day record for the Jet Propulsion Lab. This could also be a new NASA record, something I'm trying to verify.
