Comet Hale-Bopp is visible again from the Northern hemisphere. Here is a finder's chart contributed by Glenn Ray that plots the comet's position against the sky from late August through November 1997. Also, Alberto Quijano Vodniza has submitted images of Comet Hale-Bopp taken on August 30, 1997 from Puerto Rico, and these are the first known images (that I'm aware of) of the comet's reappearance in the Northern sky.
